Every home is led by a registered manager and staffed by a core team who get to know each person well — because trust is built through familiar faces, not rotating shifts.
Registered Manager
Service leadership & compliance
Holds a relevant Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health and Social Care, and is responsible for the day-to-day quality, safety, and regulatory compliance of the service.
Deputy Manager
Day-to-day operations
Supports the registered manager with rota management, staff supervision, and ensuring support plans are followed and reviewed on schedule.
Positive Behaviour Support Lead
Behaviour & risk specialist
Trained in positive behaviour support (PBS) frameworks, leading functional assessments and de-escalation training across the staff team.
Senior Support Workers
Shift leadership
Experienced support workers who lead shifts, mentor newer staff, and act as key workers for individual service users.
Support Workers
Day-to-day support
The consistent, familiar faces who provide daily support — from morning routines to community activities and everything between.
Compliance & Quality Lead
Governance & safeguarding
Oversees policy compliance, staff training records, safeguarding processes, and supports external inspections and audits.
Safer recruitment
Every team member is vetted, trained, and supervised.
All Alpha Globe staff undergo enhanced DBS checks, reference verification, and structured induction before working unsupervised. Ongoing training covers safeguarding, positive behaviour support, mental health awareness, first aid, and medication administration, refreshed on a regular cycle.
